Had plenty room for my family, beds comfortable, has a great gym, has a pool. Laundry located conveniently & front desk was always helpful in giving us change & the whole staff was friendly. Great customer service. Breakfast included. Coffee & water always available. Food could also be ordered at the bar later at night, which was very helpful on a cpl occasions, with plenty of seating for families, & sports on the tv.

The location was near perfect. It's a 5 min walk to the massive Galleria mall and across the road from a CVS which has the essentials. Easy walking to buses which we took frequently (LA public transport on the other hand, awful). Very safe area. The hotel was nice, great staff. We asked if there was a microwave we could use and within 5 mins one was brought up to our room. Everything was clean, comfortable beds, very spacious. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of hot food but it was fine (usually a rotation of canadian bacon, breakfast potatoes, hash browns, French toast sticks, waffles, and scrambled eggs). Lots of other cold food and breads available.

I was able to check in early . The staff was really welcoming and helpful. Valet was great, pricey but car was taken and brought back in a timely manner . Multiple vehicle request, and I didn't feel like a burden. 24 hour valet is definitely a great bonus.

Great walking distance to the Glendale Galleria and The Americana at Brand. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. It’s a very convenient location, and the staff was very friendly

Great location for visiting Universal Studios. (15 min) it right next to a large shopping mall. great options for breakfast outside. nice lobby. great view from the window.

Excellent service from the valet when I forgot to bring a file I needed. He fetched my car, let me get what I needed, and reparked the car - all with great grace. Even though this is not technically the hotel's purview, it does impact how customers feel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Nice pool. Great breakfast buffet and above all very nice area. Quiet, safe and very pleasant to walk around. The Americana Brand shopping centre near is great with good options and a fountain in the centre! Lots of great options to eat out.

This is a good hotel to stay if you are visiting Hollywood and Warner Bro's Studios. Very close to attractions in LA and locations like Rodeo drive. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are quite spacious. The rooms have basic amenities like a coffee machine and a fridge. They also offer a good breakfast. Overall, very good hotel to stay when visiting LA.

Breakfast buffé was really good! Hotel's staff are helpful and always there if you need help. It's great that there is pool and gym at the hotel.
